On the strength of long experience in water cooling, Ferraz Shawmut Thermal Protection has developed a full set of skills and know-how around manufacture of a water cooling loop called Syscal.

From dimensioning through design to manufacture, we put all our expertise and skills at our customers' service.

The Syscal range is essentially intended for specific applications that must meet extremely severe environmental criteria, such as railways or the defense industry.

It is a great advantage to the customer to have a single supplier who can optimize a global thermal management system, i.e. a cooling unit with its corresponding cold plate. That approach offers major cost savings on the cooling function through judicious choice of the various pieces of equipment: cold plate, fan, pump, measuring and control apparatus, etc.

Optimizing a complete system's thermal, hydraulic, dimensional and economic characteristics is our business. The customer's situation is simplified, as he need only define and send us the thermal performance he will need to properly cool his electronic gear, along with the maximum dimensions he can accept.
